Materials and sizes available
Our catalog features Ukrainian flags made from three types of fabric: nylon, gabardine, and satin. As for sizes, you can choose from small flags (12x18 cm) to large pole-mounted ones (210x140 cm).
Nylon flags
The biggest advantage of nylon flags is their exceptional durability. They withstand wind, rain, and sunlight remarkably well, making them a great choice for outdoor use. Plus, nylon delivers vivid, rich colors — so your flag will stand out at any event, from a street festival to a sports game.
The lightweight material flutters beautifully in the wind, adding a dynamic and eye-catching effect.
Keep in mind that over time, the colors may fade slightly due to UV exposure or frequent washing. Also, if a small tear occurs, the fabric can fray further, so handle it with care.
Gabardine flags
Gabardine is a highly abrasion-resistant material. It holds up well to repeated folding, unfolding, and mounting — which makes it a popular choice for events where the flag is installed and taken down daily. Colors stay vibrant for a long time, and the texture feels pleasant to the touch.
Gabardine is also easy to wash — even after many washes, it retains its shape and color brightness.
The only drawback is that gabardine is somewhat heavier than nylon. Also, we don't recommend leaving it outdoors unattended for too long — rain or strong winds may cause the fabric to lose its shape.
Satin flags
If you need a flag for ceremonies, parades, or interior decoration, consider satin. It has an elegant sheen, a silky texture, and deep, rich colors that look festive and luxurious.
Satin is softer and smoother than other materials, which adds to its visual appeal. However, it is slightly heavier and less weather-resistant than nylon or gabardine.
Also note that satin is more sensitive to prolonged sunlight (it may fade) and requires proper storage — folding can leave creases that are difficult to remove.
